I bring training in EMDR and Brainspotting to assist you in processing trauma, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique to teach you tools to tolerate distress and regulate emotions. We will incorporate mindfulness and breathing techniques to promote overall wellbeing and enhance your experience of the present moment.
