I work from an integrative approach, because I believe we are all uniquely and magnificently complex individuals. I offer approaches focused on creating healthy relationships (IFS, EFT, Gottman), healing from trauma (EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, IFS, experiential therapy), and supporting clients in their pursuits (Strengths-based coaching, CBT, Mindfulness).
