For the past ten year I have focused my practice on working with teen girls and young women to help them cope with difficult emotions, learn new ways to manage stress, how to communicate better with others, and how to feel more confident. I also collaborate and coach parents on how to strengthen their relationship with their teen while also learning how to support your loved one's mental and emotional health.
