My treatment style is warm, direct, humorous and deeply respectful While each individual client requires something unique to them, in general, I offer practical solutions while also using an insight-orientated approach.

My work has been focused on treating people struggling with depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, professional concerns, parenting, relationship issues, self-esteem and life transitions. I have had success with many different kinds of people and feel comfortable tailoring a treatment to each individual.
