My goal is to help you deepen your understanding of yourself by diving into your past experiences and how they affect you today. I believe that therapy is a relational process. My approach to therapy is multi-faceted and I commonly use a client-centered, relational approach with mindfulness woven into each session.
I aim to help my clients by creating a safe space to promote personal and social growth. In the past, I have had experience working with clients who have experienced trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, religious trauma, anxiety, and depression. Together we will explore the moments in our lives that create awe and the moments of heartache.
