Dr. Hamm has over a decade of experience working with adults and young adults that live with mental health and substance use disorders. She has worked in many different settings including hospitals, community mental health, college counseling, residential and outpatient programs. She has been trained in cognitive- behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and client-centered approaches.

The journey toward healing can sometimes feel lonely and overwhelming. People are wounded in relationships and, in turn, healed in relationships. I have experience working with severe disorders such as Bi-Polar Disorder, Borderline, Schizophrenia, Depression, and PTSD. I primarily use CBT and DBT to challenge your thinking and teach you new skills to replace behaviors that no longer serve you.
