Therapy is unique to each person and is driven by your individual needs, goals, and what we discover in our work together. Using your pacing and my integrative approach, we will find a customized treatment plan for you. There is no problem too complicated or too challenging that we can't work through together. I encourage you to include partners and family as support if you'd like- the important thing is you don't have to suffer alone anymore.
I have over 25 years experience working with people of all ages in a variety of settings. My experience ranges from co-occurring disorders (mental health and addiction) to trauma (in personal as well as professional settings). I specialize in working with neurodivergent/typical individuals, as well as with those experiencing anxiety and depression symptoms.
Each of us has strength and resiliency that is often hidden by unhealthy attachments, mental health symptoms, or other challenges. Together we can discuss what you may be struggling with so we can have a genuine narrative and begin your journey of healing.
