I work primarily with individuals interested in exploring their relationship with the unknown. Issues of grief; whether related to loss around death, illness, divorce or a break-up; as well as job termination and retirement. Life transitions of many kinds usually entail a grieving process-even positive ones such as marriage, career change, graduation, or a geographic move or the birth of a child. With these changes, you may feel uneasy that you are not as happy as you 'should be'. We are always writing the story of our lives. And we are already becoming that to which we aspire. I offer supportive space for that creative process.
Primarily we’ll look to nature, as a mirror of our inner selves; and we’ll spend time there-to the extent of your willingness. The natural world is my office and is open from sunrise to sunset We’ll draw on art, poetry, philosophy and music; I often incorporate twelve step work, and the tenets of the law of attraction and the imaginal realm.
I hold a certificate as an End-of-Life Doula from the University of Vermont School of Medicine and a certificate in Eco-psychology from Pacifica. Please reach out if you are interested in either eco-therapy or end of life counseling/support. If you are facing death, nearing death or know someone who is I invite you to an adventurous exploration of Life.
