Taking the time to learn about yourself and care for yourself is a brave and rewarding journey. To grow, cope, and heal are intergyral parts of therapy. My goal as a therapist is to ultimately help you become your own therapist and meet your greatest potential. I work with clients ranging in age from adolescence to adults. I also pride myself on being a culturally informed therapist and an ally to the LBGTQ+ community. I treat a wide array of struggles and disorders including: mood disorders, personality disorders, everyday transitions/changes, identity struggles, addictions, and self-esteem difficulties.
I am a Certified Advanced Addiction Counselor and a Certified Trauma Professional. I am also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Evidence Based Treatments, Trauma Informed Treatments, and Culturally Diverse Interventions. I use an eclectic approach while working with clients to best meet clients where they are at!
I look forward to being a part of your journey! Please feel free to call or email to schedule an appointment.
