Welcome! Therapy is a journey of understanding, accepting, healing, and opening the door to a new peace. If you're ready to start then I'm ready to be by your side. I have experience working with a wide variety of clients, however, my specialty areas include: eating disorders, and the gender fluid population. I work with individual adult clients only.

My approach to therapy is eclectic. I believe this allows each client the opportunity to actively undertake therapy in the way best suited to their personality and their characteristics. My orientation is largely Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
