Being in a constant battle with your mind can be exhausting. My goal as your therapist is to help you navigate the internal chaos and empower you to work with your mind instead of against it. If you are struggling with anxiety, stress, panic, difficulty with relationships, depression or a life transition I could be the right fit for you. I am invested in helping you reach your full potential by using a person centered and collaborative approach in a nonjudgmental therapeutic setting. We will work to recognize and address your mental health concerns so you can have the life you deserve.
Areas of specialty include generalized anxiety, panic disorder, health anxiety (hypochondria), social anxiety, and relationship concerns. I am also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and an integrative wellness approach.
