My therapy with children (often play therapy) and adolescents involves the family system in addressing compliance, anxiety, depression, trauma, attention, impulsivity, academic under performance and behavioral concerns.
With adults, I offer a support in exploring your past wounds and process pain such that it can become the building blocks for growth and healing. I will work with you to build a life narrative that embraces joy and freedom - freedom from anxiety, depression, trauma or relational strife.
