My name is Sala Hilaire. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Master Addiction Counselor, Certified Anger Management Specialist, and a Certified Grief Informed Professional. My clinical expertise and many years of experience include work with individuals in crisis; survivors of emotional and physical abuse/trauma; the LGBTQ+ community and persons addressing issues related to addictions, grief/loss, self-esteem, and stress. I have over 30 years of experience as a therapist.

For as long as I can remember, I've had a heart for encouraging people. I graduated from Union College in Kentucky in 2012 with my Masters in Psychology. Heather believes each person’s deepest desire is to be seen and known. Sometimes therapy is the first safe space to try this out. In therapy, Heather meets Adults (aged 18-80), Couples, Families, and Teens (12+) where they are in hopes to come alongside them and understand them holistically.
