Impact of Chronic Stress & Trauma On Immunity
Participants in this two day workshop will learn the impact of chronic stress & trauma on the immune system, how to monitor the nervous system & create interventions to both decrease and resolve risk factors. Participants will also be given 1.5 hours of individual time to work on resolving blocks to their optimum health.

Intensives
I offer 1.5-3 hour intensive for people looking for treatment resolve quickly. I also conduct quarterly group workshops on the neuro-biology of the brain and intensive brainspotting and body work for trauma release. Groups are currently no larger than 6 people and be done with groups of friends, co-workers or family members.

Mindfulness
This is a 6 week workshop that will reduce stress, anxiety and depression while improving focus, relationships and self esteem. Presenter: Sarah Skolnick, LPCC. Sarah is a certified Mindfulness Informed Professional who has experience integrating mindfulness into treatment for many different types of issues. Mindfulness reduces anxiety, depression, and other issues through creating a present focused orientation. Sarah believes that healing is an ongoing journey, and enjoys helping people choose the most appropriate, person-centered path for their journey. Group will meet weekly for 6 weeks. Group begins on February 22, 2023 - March 29, 2023. Cost: $300 for 6 sessions.
