I have spent the last 30 years working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples cultivating a treatment approach that aides in creating quick, long lasting, permanent change. This has led me down a path of studying the neurobiology of the brain and using treatment methods including Brainspotting, Mindfulness, Psycho-Neuro-Immunology and the Neuro-Psychology of the brain. I teach both nationally and internationally on these treatment interventions. Ask about my intensives.

I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, phase of life issues, chronic relationship issues and performance enhancement. My clients include people who are frustrated with repetitive negative life patterns, parents wanting more for their children, people who have experienced unsuccessful prior treatment, couples with high conflict, athletes and performers looking to enhance their performance.

Based on our life experiences our brains become habituated in how we view the world. This creates that feeling of being stuck. Newer brain based therapies like Brainspotting can change these long term patterns rapidly. Brainspotting can be used with any type of issue, age group and type of performer. Participants in this two day workshop will learn the impact of chronic stress & trauma on the immune system, how to monitor the nervous system & create interventions to both decrease and resolve risk factors. I offer 1.5-3 hour intensive for people looking for treatment resolve quickly. I also conduct quarterly group workshops on the neuro-biology of the brain and intensive brainspotting and body work for trauma release. Groups are currently no larger than 6 people and be done with groups of friends, co-workers or family members.

This is a 6 week workshop that will reduce stress, anxiety and depression while improving focus, relationships and self esteem. Presenter: Sarah Skolnick, LPCC. Sarah is a certified Mindfulness Informed Professional who has experience integrating mindfulness into treatment for many different types of issues. Mindfulness reduces anxiety, depression, and other issues through creating a present focused orientation. Sarah believes that healing is an ongoing journey, and enjoys helping people choose the most appropriate, person-centered path for their journey. Group will meet weekly for 6 weeks. Group begins on February 22, 2023 - March 29, 2023. Cost: $300 for 6 sessions.
