Healing happens when our bodies, minds and spirit are aligned. I am grounded with tried and true approaches, such as Brainspotting, Parts-Work, DBT, Mindfulness and Prolonged Exposure, but I also bring in transpersonal, somatic, creative expression and indigenous healing practices to create balance, harmony and meaning.

I am generally warm and compassionate with a little humor and playfulness thrown in. I will challenge you though and will invite you to be mindful and curious in the work of linking your heart, mind and spirit. I offer a free 20 minute consultation.
