My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you are able to be your authentic self, while exploring your feelings, hopes, and struggles. I approach each client with respect, cultural sensitivity, and support.
I believe that we are each equipped with the tools needed to overcome life challenges, but often need assistance to recognize the inner power/strength we possess. I strive to help clients identify, reconnect to, and reclaim these inherent strengths in order to move forward with greater fulfillment in life.
I work with adolescents and adults who are experiencing a wide range of concerns. I am particularly interested in working with depression, grief and loss, self esteem issues, relationship challenges, identity development and trauma.
