I specialize in psychotherapy for children, adolescents and families. I support children and adolescents facing depression, anxiety, risky behaviors, school issues, self-esteem and identity issues. I also help with parent-child conflicts while providing parenting support to strengthen family relationships. I provide compassionate support to children with developmental disabilities and their families. I utilize evidenced-based treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT) and family systems therapy (FST). I work collaboratively and empathetically with clients to encourage personal growth and allow clients to thrive.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in child and family therapy. I was awarded my doctorate degree from American School of Professional Psychology, a program with full accreditation from the American Psychological Association.
