Each day I am blessed to be able to be that someone for children, adolescents, parents, women, and families; to walk with and work through those challenges which can be so scary and overwhelming. I am committed to work with you utilizing a Christian, strength-based approach to provide growth and positive change. I am passionate about empowering individuals with the tools they need to improve their overall quality life.
My ultimate goal in providing therapy is to provide you with the skills and techniques that is needed for you to be a conqueror and a survivor. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and women who suffer from prenatal and post-partum mood disorders. I have experience in treating depression, self-harm, anxiety, parenting, grief and other areas.
I have many years working with youth and adults and am able to build rapport, connect and support. I am certified as a provider for women who suffer from prenatal and post-partum mood disorders as well as I am a Certified Anger Management Specialist II. I am ready and willing to work with you and will be committed to being that support system that you need.
