I offer virtual therapy for people suffering with symptoms of trauma, major depression, severe anxiety, ADHD, autism, grief, intellectual disabilities, behavioral disorders, women’s issues, men’s issues, relationship, marital, parenting issues, divorce, as well as phase of life transitions. I have also worked with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and individuals and families dealing with substance abuse/addiction issues. I am very comfortable with people of all gender identities, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, queer, intersex, asexual, pansexual, and Allies (LGBTQIA+).

I am an AZ Licensed Associate Clinical Social Worker with experience working with Adult Complex Care Management programs (including palliative care and hospice), and providing psychotherapy to individuals including first responders, veterans and their families, adolescents and children ages 8 and up. I have personal experience working with families that have children with special needs and completed a SibShop Certification to provide support to children and their families. My approach to therapy is candid and genuine and I strive to provide authentic and effective techniques in the form of coping skills and education.

Hello! In such uncertain times, many children and families are experiencing difficulties ranging from school issues, peer issues, parent/child issues, stress, depression, and anxiety to name a few. These challenges may be very difficult to manage and additional guidance and support may be needed. My goal and passion it to help children and their families to reconnect to the beauty of life and learn how to navigate such challenges. I utilize an eclectic approach to facilitate a nurturing, communicative, and positive atmosphere to help each child/family to move forward with their treatment goals and help strengthen the family unit.

I am a mental health therapist who specializes in trauma and addiction issues. I also often work from a family systems theory basis. I have combined experience as a counselor, educator and social worker for over 22 years. My therapeutic philosophy and approach is to offer empathy and compassion working to understand the whole person perspective and I am a strong advocate to help my clients empower themselves. I offer energy healing work and other alternative therapies as part of my practice such as Hypnosis to include traditional methods of therapeutic intervention.

One of my passions and area of experience is with working with clients that have experienced trauma, abuse and neglect. I also enjoy working with clients in need of anger management, cognitive reconstruction, and mindfulness training.
