I understand the significance of the therapist-client relationship and work to provide a safe and supportive atmosphere for clients throughout the therapeutic process. My areas of concentration include treatment of children, adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, stress and anger management, self esteem issues, social skill development, and overall life transitions.
I use an integrative approach in therapy using tools and techniques associated with, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Play Therapy techniques.
