My primary focus is assisting individuals in their pursuit of recovery from addiction, depression, anxiety, and other life challenges. My work utilizes evidence-based practices, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. My experience as a Paralegal allowed me to witness the struggles families in divorce disputes have to endure.
