For the past 20 years I have enjoyed working with those persons with a wide variety of mental health issues (like depression, anxiety, schizophrenia) and/or substance use issues. I have significant experience working with men with serious mental illness and their families.

I am a gentle man, with an easy manner and caring approach. I tend to listen a great deal and work towards my clients feeling "heard" as part of my interventions that work towards feeling better.

This is a Group I have run some version of off & on for close to 20 years. I have Thirty years of Group Psycho Therapy experience running/ leading Men's Groups and have found them to be a wonderful opportunity for healing, learning and growth. They are my favorite thing to do of all the things I do as Therapist. What happens here is Men with different abilities/strengths come together to help or assist each other in a process that is often powerful & life changing.
