I invite you to explore from a place of curiosity, exploration, safety, and compassion. I work primarily with adults that grew up in traumatized households, and as adults are nourishing their childhood selves. My approach is collaborative, relational, and holistic. I integrate Trauma-Focused Psychotherapy, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, Yoga, and Somatic techniques for Mind/ Body/Spirit integration. I am experienced with the Psychospiritual and non-ordinary states of consciousness and can support you with Spiritual emergence. This is a stigma-free zone for people with alternate forms of Spiritual practice.
I specialize in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). KAP is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy for the healing potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness. I work in collaboration with an organization called Journey Clinical. They provide the medical evaluation and prescription of the medicine.
I am native Spanish-speaking, and I have experience in working with culturally specific issues related to the Latinx experience and Intergenerational Trauma experienced by first-generation individuals. I am currently only accepting clients seeking Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy or Psychedelic Integration. I offer sliding scale to first Gen Latinx.
