I strive to create a therapeutic environment where you can build confidence in yourself and feel safe and supported in order to heal and grow.
I enjoy working with people to help them learn about and manage symptoms of anxiety, trauma, relationship issues or difficulty adjusting to life changes. I believe in the healing power of self-care and use this in my practice. I have experience working with survivors of abuse, adolescents with emotional disabilities and adults in mental health treatment.
