Sometimes life happens in a way that lends you to grief, feeling lost, and disconnected from the core of who you are. Grief and loss come in many shapes and sizes, loss of relationships, loss of self, life transitions, general changes, loss of dreams, body changes, aging, health struggles, new life, and death. Maybe there are specific events impacting you and maybe there aren't. Either way, you just feel off and out of alignment with the version of yourself you want to be. How about we give some space to explore who you are, who you aren't, how you got here, what impacts and influences you, and how to embody the whole you?

I am here to offer support so that you can come home to yourself and ignite your inner pilot light. Change is HARD, loss is painful, and a lack of security in yourself is isolating. I specialize in working with people to regulate their nervous system and discover their authentic self. I want to support you to live the life you always dreamed of.
