I am a graduate of University of Iowa School of Social Work. I have over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social worker. I am also a Licensed addictions counselor and have over 25 years of experience. I have completed a 500 hour Clinical Integral Hypnotherapy and Certified Clinical Medical Support Hypnotherapy from the Hypnotherapy Academy of America. I am Clinical Hypnotherapist Fellow. Additional professional trainings include courses from The Center for Deployment Psychology, and NOVA.I belong to the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation(icisf ) and the International Board Of Hypnotherapy (IBH)

As a Therapist I am interactive, and solution-focused.I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),Trauma informed care and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).I have years of experience working with active military, veterans, trauma and disaster patients.I also provide Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM).
