As a mental health therapist, I emphasize a practical, holistic approach to mental health and wellness. By assessing emotional, mental, physical, social, personal, and spiritual areas of health, my hope is simple: that through counseling you will feel better, restore balance, improve relationships and enjoy a satisfying quality of life. My specific areas of special interest are working clients experiencing grief, women's issues, spiritual exploration, depression and anxiety.
