Walk and Talk Anxiety Group - Starting April 2023

Walk + Talk Group Therapy- happens outside with 15-25 minutes of topic or skills being introduced, followed by 35-40 minutes of walking discussion and processing. Why Group Therapy? The group process easily addresses many of the symptoms people find most difficult. Groups address the isolation we feel when we are struggling; in a group you cannot suffer alone. Groups give access to a complete support system. Groups help individuals practice skills in real time and in real life situations.
