I currently work with adults through a variety of general mental health concerns; including stress, anxiety, depression, and identity exploration. I have immediate virtual availability.
My speciality areas include addiction, relationship concerns, and body image / disordered eating challenges. My work is grounded in a client centered, strengths based framework. I pull from evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
My goal is to help you develop the tools and skills you need to more successfully manage your emotions, overcome chronic negative thought patterns, and make meaningful changes in your life.
