With a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, therapy becomes a place to reparent yourself and reconnect with your inner healing capacity.
I specialize in trauma, relationships, high sensitivity, spiritual questioning, social and generalized anxiety, adult children of family dysfunction, and those raised by emotionally immature parents. I am trained in psychedelic-assisted therapy and believe psychedelics can be a powerful catalyst for getting unstuck, deep healing, and remembering who you are.
