My approach varies based on the client as I feel that therapy should be suited to each person's individual needs and interests. That being said, my approach thus far has incorporated cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
