I choose to practice trauma-informed care because intention and corrective experiences are important aspects of healing. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I provide psychotherapy for youth and adults of all ages in individual, couples and family sessions. I value helping clients identify strategies they can apply towards stressors that are impacting their lives in order to experience relief from suffering, develop communication skills, practice healthy coping skills, and improve confidence.
