She is passionate about working with people of all ages and believes in the healing power of creative expression. She uses a person-centered, multicultural, and multimodal approach to facilitate healing for those who may experience struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, complex trauma and other things that can impact a person's ability to live life the way they would like to. She deeply understands how trauma can impact one’s well-being and believes that healing is possible and treatment doesn't have to last forever.
Selena utilizes Art Therapy, ITR (Instinctual Trauma Response), IFS and Person-Centered therapy. She believes in a collaborative approach to treatment and meeting clients where they are at.
