My passion is to assist children and adolescents to gain skills in order to manage difficult emotions and create healthy relationships in a safe and non-judgmental environment, so they can better manage and understand life’s difficulties and complexities.
I work with children, adolescents, and families. My specialities include trauma and PTSD, managing depression and anxiety, adolescent behavior problems, family conflict, school issues, and adoption. I use a variety of approaches and interventions including play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy.
