About
Welcome! I would be honored to work together to understand the complexities of your experience and guide you to a place of self-connection, self-acceptance, and self-awareness.
We can collaborate and find a way and pace that fits best for you. I work primarily using an Internal Family Systems approach that is a nonjudgmental, intuitive way to free up blocks in front of connection, love, and creativity along with EMDR to aid in reprocessing stuck points.
Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes long ($70/$100) to allow us to have the space to really address the roots of what you are working on. Weekend and evening availability. Feel free to send me a message or call to request an appointment, set up a 15 minute consultation or ask any questions.
