I specialize in working with clients who have experienced trauma and chronic stress, including those impacted by physical, emotional, psychological, and sexual abuse, as well as narcissistic and relational abuse. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, hypervigilant, emotionally disconnected, or unsure of their own needs after long periods of invalidation or harm. I approach this work with care, patience, and deep respect for each person’s story.
My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, nervous system-based approach. I use a variety of evidence-based modalities to support healing, including Polyvagal Theory, EMDR therapy, the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and the Rest and Restore Protocol.
I am a compassionate therapist who believes that healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and supported. Many of the individuals I work with carry the lasting effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, or PTSD—often without realizing how deeply their nervous system has been impacted.
