Our clinicians provide evidenced based therapy services to support holistic growth and healing. We're an outpatient level of care and refer out active suicidal intent, psychosis, court mandated therapy, custody disputes & DHS involvement, or those with higher needs to the appropriate level of community providers.
We're trained in trauma healing including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Somatic Experiencing; Cognitive & Coping Skill models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), nd work with children, couples & families with Attachment Theory, Family Systems, Play Therapy, Sandtray and expressive art interventions
