Our clinicians are experienced in treating a wide variety of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety/stress, trauma, life transitions, relational conflict, ADHD, sexuality exploration including kink, grief/loss, etc. We're an outpatient level of care with no crisis services, we refer out suicidal intent, psychosis & substance abuse as the primary concerns.
We strive to support individuals, couples and families in breaking negative cycles in their lives for greater fulfillment and authenticity. We approach the counseling relationship from a framework of acceptance and compassion balanced with a desire to see you grow. We're trained in Play Therapy, EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Couples Therapy & more.
