My practice, Guided Growth Therapy, is rooted in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. I support adolescents, adults, and families through eating disorders, identity development, intergenerational trauma, and the invisible weight of high-functioning distress.

My style is relational, collaborative, and grounded in both compassion and curiosity.
