I love working with children, adolescents, and their caregivers as they navigate challenges that can impact daily life and well-being. I specialize in supporting new and expecting mothers experiencing peripartum/postpartum depression and anxiety. I work with individuals of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, life transitions, attention difficulties, and social challenges. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s needs, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MB-CBT), & Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
With children, I use a play therapy approach and partner closely with parents to navigate challenging behaviors and strengthen connections at home. I frequently utilize parent management training and am working toward PCIT certification.
Additionally, I offer assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, including ADHD and mood-related concerns.
