As a South Asian clinician and daughter of immigrants that was late diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood, I understand firsthand how cultural expectations, family dynamics, and your mental health can shape your lived experiences. My goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic self and develop the tools you need to heal and thrive by creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. In our work together, you’ll find an empathetic, nonjudgmental space to explore challenges, process emotions and experience genuine emotional and mental growth.
I work with adult individuals from diverse backgrounds who are seeking healing from trauma, relationship or family-of-origin issues, life transitions, cultural identity concerns, anxiety, depression, and other difficult experiences. I am especially passionate about supporting members of the BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrant and neurodivergent communities.
My approach is integrative, multicultural, and trauma-informed, drawing primarily from person-centered, emotion-focused, and somatic techniques. I am also trained in Brainspotting, an impactful method for treating trauma and emotional distress. Because every person is unique, I tailor my methods to meet each client’s individual needs and goals.
