I also integrate Attachment work, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and self-worth, trauma, relational work, communication skills, boundary building, and family dynamics. I also ensure there is a focus on learning and supporting individuals, couples, and families with their diverse identities (cultural, racial, ethnic, sexual, spiritual, religious, etc.).
