Seeking Harmony LLC is a collaborative of like minded individuals with a shared mission. Our mission is to guide, teach, support and empower individuals on their personal journey of growth, transformation and achieving inner harmony. Our therapists are diverse in their backgrounds and experiences. Some specific areas of expertise include but are not limited to: Family Based Treatment (for children/adolescents with eating disorders), Eating Disorders (including Binge Eating Disorder and ARFID), trauma experiences (EMDR available), and working with the LGBTQIA+ population.
In addition to traditional therapy, we also have a Reiki Master/Shamanic Healer in our practice. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, improved mood and health through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
