Since 2008, I've supported individuals with managing their anxiety, ADHD, sensory and social differences, OCD, Autism, relationship difficulties, and difficult life adjustments while working in various different roles. I offer a unique neurodiversity affirming perspective due to my lived experience, and I work to implement best practice neurodiversity-affirming therapy, backed by research.
My mission is to provide support to those seeking to define and achieve balance in the unique way that is meaningful to them. I approach each session in a warm, down to earth manner, with a foundation of empathy, respect, and compassion to promote emotional healing.
