Hello, my name is Michelle Owner and Psychotherapist at Seeds of Discovery Therapy and Wellness. I have approximately 12 years of experience in working with families, children, adolescents, and adults with varying challenges and mental health diagnosis. While working in private practice and agencies that provide support to families and children in therapeutic foster care, I developed my knowledge base. I'm experienced in assisting clients working through trauma, PTSD , life stressors and self -esteem/worth concerns.
My therapeutic experience also extends into dealing with the challenges that are unique to the military family, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Couples therapy as well as providing therapy for a host of other mental health diagnoses. I believe in being culturally informed, trauma-informed and providing therapy that is tailored to the needs of each individual.
