My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and personalized to your needs. I use EMDR, ACT, mindfulness, and IFS-informed therapy to support burnout recovery, trauma healing, anxiety, and nervous system regulation. I also believe healing can include laughter, celebration, and moments of lightness along the way.
You do not have to keep carrying everything alone or wait until you completely fall apart to deserve support. Therapy can be a space where you finally exhale, feel seen, and begin reconnecting with yourself underneath the pressure, guilt, and exhaustion.
