I use CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, and somatic psychotherapy in my practice. I believe that once we accept ourselves as we are, we can make necessary changes in how we cope and what we want or need.
I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, and relationship issues. Sometimes unhealthy coping patterns include problematic drug and alcohol use. I can help you find healthier ways to cope with the struggles that life brings.
