I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor Supervisee with over 20 years of experience helping adults and children to improve their wellbeing and enhance their quality of life. I offer individual, family or group therapy for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, post-traumatic stress disorder and substance use disorder. I also offer individual or group therapy for children ages 5-17 years old experiencing anxiety, depression, conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, mood disorder and trauma.
I creatively integrate evidence-based intervention strategies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and problem-solving therapy. In addition, I am trained to provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.
