I specialize in mood disorders, depression, anxiety, stress, help navigate difficult life circumstances, and practice trauma informed therapy. I also actively practice gender affirming therapy. I create a safe space to do this work of opening up and learning about what is under the "symptoms" or to find ways to live your truest self.
As a social worker I firmly believe that it is also important to acknowledge that we live in a capitalistic and systematically unfair society. I do not ignore those factors in my work with clients. I also do offer a sliding scale and we can discuss something that works with your budget.
