Whether you are hoping to understand yourself or a problem you have better, are struggling from a recent life event, need support and accountability in making changes in your life, or need a safe and validating space to grow, I can help. Though I work with a variety of clients, I work especially effectively with adult men and all young adults. I specialize in working with obsessive-compulsive and anxiety disorders (including panic disorder), isolation, and depression.

My approach to therapy is a client-centered one focused on building relationships with my clients that allows for healing and growth. I am also an action-oriented therapist and enjoy helping clients do the things they need to do in order to grow and live their best lives. I most often use DBT, Exposure and Response Prevention, ACT, and CBT modalities.
