I specialize in reproductive mental health disruption and am Perinatal Mental Health certified (PMH-C) by Postpartum Support International. I am also a certified grief care professional.

My style is warm and conversational. I am attachment oriented and implement interventions from several relational theories (Polyvagal, Emotion Focused, Circle of Security, Interpersonal Neurobiology). I focus on mindful self-compassion as the organizing structure for emerging motherhood.
